1- Service Description

We offer the following services:

-Mobile Car Wash (cleaning your vehicle at your location)

-Home Cleaning (cleaning inside your home)

All services are provided at the address and time specified by the client.

 

2- Appointments

Clients must Provide:

-  A correct address

-  A valid phone number

-  Clear details of the services required

If the client is unavailable or provides an incorrect address, it is considered a No-Show.

3- Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation more than 24 hours before the appointment: No fee.

- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment: $20 cancellation fee applies.

- No-Show: If the client is unavailable, unreachable, or provides an incorrect address at the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be considered a No-Show, and 50% of the total service cost will be charged.

- Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes): The service may be shortened, delayed, or rescheduled, and additional fees may apply.

4- Payment

We accept multiple payment methods (Cash, Cash App, Zelle, etc.)

All cancellation or no-show fees be paid in full.

5- Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

- Provide access to the vehicle or home at the scheduled time

- Ensure the space is ready for work

- Remove objects that may obstruct the service

- Inform us of any special conditions or areas that need attention

If conditions are not suitable, the service may be refused or rescheduled.

6- Business Responsibilities

We commit to:

- Providing professional service

- Using clean and secure equipment

- Arriving on time or notifying of delays

- Treating client property with care

7- Safety

For the safety of our staff:

- Pets must be secured

- Work areas must be free of hazards

- Clients must inform us of any risks

We may refuse service if the environment is unsafe.

8- Weather

For Mobile Car Wash services, if weather conditions prevent safe or effective service (heavy rain, snow, etc.), appointments may be rescheduled.

9- Customer Satisfaction

If there is an issue with the service, clients must notify us within 24 hours so we can review or correct the situation if possible.
